Cinnapple Cashew Crunch

You will need the following ingredients:

  • 1 medium apple

  • 1 tbsp. of smooth cashew butter

  • A pinch of ground cinnamon

  • Spread a thin layer of cashew butter over each apple slice, using 1 teaspoon per slice.

  • Sprinkle some cinnamon over the cashew butter, as much or as little as you like.
